By accessing and using ChatBunk, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. STRICT ELIGIBILITY & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO ACCESS OR USE CHATBUNK. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

We enforce a absolute zero-tolerance policy against any form of illegal activities. Underage usage, sharing of sexually explicit material involving minors, solicitation, exploitation, or any activities of a pedophilic nature ("pedo stuff") are strictly prohibited.

ANY USER FOUND ENGAGING IN OR ATTEMPTING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED, PERMANENTLY IP-BANNED, AND SYSTEMATICALLY REPORTED DIRECTLY TO INTERPOL, NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, AND THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING & EXPLOITED CHILDREN (NCMEC). WE COOPERATE FULLY WITH ALL INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details up to date.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ChatBunk, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
  • Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data.
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you share. By using ChatBunk, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content to provide and improve the service. This license also allows us to moderate content for safety. Please use caution when sharing personal info.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms of Use or harmful behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChatBunk is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

8.5 Free Premium Promotion & Revocability Terms

The company provides free premium access on registration or to its registered users, but reserves the right to revoke this access at any time after January 1, 2027. However, in its good will, the company will allow certain users to retain premium features indefinitely, subject to our internal user grading system based on chat behavior, safety reports, and community standards.
