1. No Refund Policy

At ChatBunk, we strive to provide exceptional services to our users. Due to the nature of our services, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the payment is processed. However, in specific circumstances, we may consider providing refunds under the following conditions provided you submit enough proof for your claims. We reserve the rights to make the end decision:

• Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments: If a payment is identified as fraudulent or unauthorized, a refund may be issued upon providing valid proof.
• Payments Made Without the Cardholder’s Permission: If a payment was made without the consent of the cardholder, we may issue a refund upon verification.

We encourage you to review the subscription details thoroughly before making your purchase to ensure that our services meet your expectations.

2. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel the subscription in your paypal account(login to the account with which you made the purchase) . Upon cancellation, your premium features will be immediately terminated and your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your Paypal account settings.
2. Log in to your PayPal account
3. Click Activity at the top of the page
4. Click Subscription agreements from the Transaction drop-down menu
5. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click the subscription name
6. Click Cancel
7. Confirm or save changes
8. If paypal you cannot do send an email to our support team mail id which is mentioned at the end of this page and we will cancel it from our end within 3 business days
